Job Description- Preferences

· Excellent Communication Skills Spoken and written English
· Soft Spoken Skills.
· Knowledge of basic computer operations.
· Willingness to work in comfortable shifts.
· Ability to learn polite with strong customer service orientation.
· Associate must be dependable with proficient attention to detail.
· Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually. Possess insight into self and others. Solid problem solving skills some technical knowledge preferred.

Business Development Executive:-
Job Description - Preferences:

· Should able to do the Industry Mapping, market research for the Domestic Market & Database Development.
· Identification of new prospective clients and establishing initial contact with prospects through E-mail campaigns, Tele calling & Cold Calls.
· Responsible for outsourcing needs and offering recruitment Services.
· Sending Proposals to interested prospective clients.
· Should be able to persuade prospective clients and bring them to negotiations skills.
· Adding new clients to the existing database.
· Conducting competitor analysis to achieve market share metrics.
· Achieve standard setting Business generation performance.
· List the Clients as per industry vertical
· Follow-up with clients
· Manage client relationship with regular client interaction
